RETURN POLICY
Lil Bux knows how difficult it can be to shop online for kid's clothing. We try to list detailed sizing information to help you be confident in your order. While we do not offer refunds, we will happily exchange your order for another size or store credit.

Items must be purchased directly from lilbuxhatco.com with proof of purchase (order number and email address associated with order) in order to complete a return.

Exchange requests must be submitted to Lil Bux within 14 days of purchase to be eligible.

All sales are FINAL on Gift Cards and Pre-Orders.

If an item is damaged or there is a quality issue, Lil Bux must be contacted within 3-days of delivery at lilbuxhatco@gmail.com
To request an exchange, please email lilbuxhatco@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date.

SHIPPING POLICY

**The buyer is responsible for all associated shipping fees in relation to a return and/or exchange.
All order will ship out 3-5 business days after the order is placed.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Orders ship out Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
All orders in the contiguous United States ship USPS Mail. Your order will ship within our regular window.

LOST PACKAGES
Lil Bux does not issue refunds on lost packages. All packages are insured through Shippo. Please contact us and we can file a claim with USPS.
INCORRECT ADDRESS | RETURNED MAIL
Buyers are in charge of making sure shipping addresses are correct at the time of purchase. Lil Bux is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses. Lil Bux will reship returned orders at the customers expense. Lil Bux is not liable to issue refunds on lost packages. Packages marked as delivered, but “not received,” are the customer’s responsibility to locate with USPS.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations are up to Lil Bux discretion. Emailing lilbuxhatco@gmail.com promptly is the best chance to have order cancelled before shipment.
COUPONS | SALES
All sale items are final. Promo codes/ coupons may not be stacked. Discounts may not be added to existing orders.
